Ishita works on email authentication: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI. She writes the setup guides on the help center and checks that every DNS example is something a customer can copy, publish and verify.

Her guides follow a consistent pattern: explain what each record proves to the receiving server, show the exact record format, give a command to verify it, and list the errors that appear when it is wrong.

She also maintains our DMARC rollout guidance, including how to read aggregate reports and move to an enforcing policy without blocking legitimate mail.
